Tim is a Territory Business Manager and has been with ADS since 2020. Born and raised in Oxford, MS, Tim got his Bachelors and Master’s Degree in Linguistics and Anthropology from The University of MS and The University of TN. He has proven to be a valuable advocate between patients and physicians nationwide. Starting out in customer service, Tim has accelerated to market access where his strong background in insurance and the healthcare field have proven to be a key factor in his success while at ADS.

Working as a pharmacy technician while in college, Tim gained a tremendous amount of experience with working in pharmacies. It was after college that Tim traveled to several countries teaching English as a second language. After teaching, Tim ventured into nursing working in trauma centers and Emergency Rooms.

Tim enjoys music, the outdoor, white water rafting, and all around a great time. He lives each day to try and make a difference in the lives that he comes in contact with.

He is experienced in the medical field and brings great value to ADS with his abilities to troubleshoot, multi-task and his “out of the box” thinking has shows resourceful during his tenure here at ADS.

His compassion and dedication to the company, his coworkers, the patients, and the providers he establishes personal bonds with make him a one of a kind individual that loves his job.

Tyler Kaplan began his career with Advanced Diabetes Supply^® in August 2020. Since then, he has helped countless patients and providers with their diabetes supply needs in North and South Carolina. In his tenure, Tyler has been trained for products including insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitors, Lispro insulin, and other testing supplies. Tyler’s territory may be on the East Coast but he resides in San Diego, California and graduated from the University of Arizona in 2016. He enjoys beach volleyball, golf and basketball and his 6”6 height definitely helps him in those sports! Tyler continues to work to improve the way diabetes care is supplied to his patient base. He is proud to call ADS his home and is looking forward to his ongoing mission to provide diabetes supplies to all those that need it.

Peter McConville

Director of Managed Care

Peter has been with Advanced Diabetes Supply^® since 2007. In his role as Director of Managed Care, Peter is constantly working with health plans, hospital systems, MSOs, medical groups, and Independent Physician Associations. Peter is our industry expert when it comes to DME Authorizations and Risk Arrangements. His passion is helping provider offices, patients, and our referral sources navigate the complexities of Managed Care processes. Outside the office, Peter is often in the water playing water polo, swimming or catching waves.
